Trail (studies with paper queries)

A patient trail is available in the RDC system, which shows the changes done to the patient and the queries that are not linked to a specific form (patient, form type and form request queries). Users having access to the data can see the trail at patient level.

 The trail cannot be exported.

Parameters shown:

• Old value (if applicable)
• New value (if applicable)
• Done by
• Date of change (GMT)
• Question (if applicable)
• Comment (if applicable)
