A trail is available in the RDC system, which shows all changes done to the data. Users having access the the data can see the trail at form level and at patient level.

(warning) The trail cannot be exported.


Form level trail

The form trail is available in the upper right corner of forms with status 'Incomplete', 'Complete' and 'Sent' after pushing the action button 'Trail' (see Layout of a form) on the top of the form.

All changes done to the form will be listed in the trail table, including the modifications done by queries.

Changes from all users are tracked: 'WEB_USER3' for automatic system changes (e.g. change of form status from 'RDC draft' to 'On Hold'), RDC user ('RDC:' followed by the ORTA username) and EORTC Data Manager (ORTA user name).

Patient level trail

The trail on patient level (with only changes on patient level and not below) will be accessible from the patient (tab 'Trail').
