At time of archiving the study, an archival PDF file will be made available containing all data with all trailed changes of all patients from your institution.
The Clinical Trial Assistant of the study will send an email to all sites (PI, RN, local DM) when the files are available.
The .zip file with the PDF can be downloaded after selecting 'CRF archive' in the left part of the RDC screen (you need to select the study first).
 You should download your zip within 1 month after receiving the email.
Note: at time of archival, you should also download all missing documentation from the 'Study Web Documentation' via the link 'Documentation' in the left part of the screen.
