Welcome to the Vista RDC User Guide Homepage

VISTA RDC is the web based Remote Data Capture application designed to enable EORTC institutions to send their CRF data via a standard web browser.


System requirements

This site runs in a standard web browser and does not require installation of any specific software. JavaScript and cookies should be enabled.

It works with recents versions of the main browsers. It will work in Internet Explorer 6 but it is highly recommended that you upgrade to a more recent version


Please select below the applicable User Guide depending on the set-up of your study and your role:


Studies using electronic queries and RDC monitoring

Queries are electronically answered and sent in the RDC system and monitors will electronically source data verify CRFs and generate CRA queries.


VISTA RDC User Guide - Studies with RDC monitoring

Studies using electronic queries (without RDC monitoring)

Queries are electronically answered and sent in the RDC system. Monitoring actions will not be performed in the RDC system.

Studies using paper queries (started before 2009)

Forms are electronically completed and sent in the RDC system, but queries are generated and answered through PDF query forms (sent by email).

Documentation for monitors

Monitors will have a customized log-in for the RDC system. This User Guide describes the view for and the actions that can be performed by users with the role 'Monitor'.
