View Contact Details

At any time a user can access her or his contact details via the user name displayed and choose to edit the contact details or change the password.

Note that besides yourself, also the administrator can update your details.

Edit Contact Details

A user can update his or her account details by clicking the 'Edit' button.

Please note that an account always needs a unique email ( no other user account can have that same email) and a given and family name. Other account details are optional.

Notes

Besides the basic contact details, there's also a notes field. This can be used to specify for example:

• Availability for telephone calls (e.g. not working on Wednesdays)
• Possible backups
• ...

Change Password

By clicking the 'Change Password' button, you can change your password.

Anytime you change your password, it must meet following conditions:

• Contain at least 8 characters
• Contain at least 1 upper case
• Contain at least 1 lower case
• Contain at least 1 digit
