Anytime you change your password, including changing your very first temporary password right after the setup of your account, it must meet following conditions:

• Contain at least 8 characters
• Contain at least 1 upper case
• Contain at least 1 lower case
• Contain at least 1 digit

The banner displays the active user role. In case a user has multiple roles in the system, the active user role can be modified via a drop-down menu.

On item level a user can access the audit trail, view or add comments and opt to edit the data.

Edit Data

After submission the data can still be modified or cleared, but the system will request a reason.

Specific situations:

• In case a new question was added to the design of the eCRF after submission of such eCRF, it will appear on the submitted eCRF and can be completed without documenting a reason.
• In case an existing question has been disabled after submission of the eCRF, the field will be locked for editing and any outstanding queries will be closed automatically.

If the activity is still in progress (i.e. not closed) the details can contain messages requesting data to be completed or tests to be executed before the activity can be closed.

If the activity is already closed, a button is displayed which allows you to navigate to the next activity. This option automatically collapses the current activity and expands the next activity in the overview table.
