Error "That didn't work"

The first time you connect to our SharePoint online site, it could give you this error message.

When you check well the message, it said that Microsoft will try to automatically fix this for you.

Simple solution: came back later (usually resolved after 1 hour). If still the same error after 1 day, please contact us.

this is simply due to the fact that Microsoft hasn’t yet finish to set up your account in the external user database and SharePoint

As soon as your account was set up in our database, you will never have this error message as you are already generated in the database, unless you change email adres.
