I don't have any video from my webcam

If you have successfully joined a Teams meeting and don’t have any video of your webcam, check the following guidelines

Camera well activated?

First check that you have well activated the button of the camera

If that button is grayed out, no webcam has been installed/detected on the computer. Eventually unplug it and reconnect it.

Button is activated but no image

This could happen if you have 2 webcam (one integrated in the laptop and one extra) or if you have put a shutter on it. For the shutter, open it, for changing the camera, click on “Devices” and select another one in the list

Correct webcam selected but no image?

Verify in your firewall if the apps was not blocked. Here we advise to consult the documentation of your Firewall/security system.
