How to join a Teams meeting
The invitation to join the Teams meeting will look like that
When it’s time, click on the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting”
Up to 3 options can then appear on the screen:
Option 1 will appear if Teams is already installed on your computer. You can of course use your own Teams
Option 2 will allow you to install the app (there is a version for Windows, MacOS, Linux and android). It will basically redirect you to option 1. This option could be selected if you plan to attend several Teams meeting in the future
Option 3 will load a temporary version on the web. Perfect for a one shot.
If you use the Teams client installed on your personal device, it’s pretty smooth.
