Full process to activate MFA with pop-up on my smartphone

At one point, IT will activate the MFA on your account.

Use the Microsoft Authenticator app . find the application for your device on the following page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/account/authenticator

As soon as you try to connect to an Office 365 app, follow the prompt to configure the MFA.
