Mail on your smartphone

On Android, the built-in email function will not work, unless you use an "app password". We advice you to use the Outlook app from Microsoft.

As the Outlook app is similar between Android and Ios, the procedure below is applicable for both systems

To configure your smartphone to receive email from EORTC, follow the below procedure:

Open the outlook app

If you don't use the app yet, it will show you a prompt box.. If you are already using the Outlook app, go to the Outlook settings(gear icon in the "hamburger" menu).

Click on "add an account" and select "add an email account".

If you already logged on to some other EORTC services like Dynamics or Microsoft Teams, Outlook will directly suggest the email address.

Provide your EORTC email address and click on "next". It should recognize your account.

Settings will be retrieved automatically
