Header

Once a subject is selected, the data of the patient is accessed. In all views of Clinical Data (Data, Study Flow or Signatures) a general header is available that facilitates navigation.

Navigation Through Subjects

The navigation arrows can be used to navigate to the previous/next subject.

 

The dropdown provides an overview of all subjects (for which the user has the proper subject access rights).

Subject summary

The subject icon navigates to the subject summary, displaying the subject's identifiers and (current) site information.

Audit Trail

Within the subject Menu, he audit trail buttonprovides access to the audit trail on subject level. Form more information see /wiki/spaces/VTDOC/pages/16587063582.

Delegation Log

The delegation log for the current site can be accessed directly via the delegation log buttonThis provides easy access to all position holders defined for that site, in that study.

Queries

The queries can be accessed in different ways. You can go to the query list via, where you search for queries in any of your studies, which subjects etc. Or if that subject has outstanding queries, you can also move to the next query with the next query button(between brackets the number of outstanding queries is shown). If there are queries on the subject level, you can go to those queries with the query data button Q.

Comments

The comment buttonallows you to view and manage comments on subject level. For more information see comments

Search Data

The search data optioncan help to facilitate communication between several users about subject specific data. If clicked, a search box is opened to search for the GU-ID, which is a unique ID number automatically generated by the system to differentiate data.
