Study View
Subject Overview
When selecting a study, the overview of registered subjects, to which the user has access according to his or her access rights, is displayed.
The overview shows:
The SubjectID: a unique identifier within the study given to each subject that starts registration within Vista Trials
The registration date
Site identification parameters
The summary of the data validation status of the eCRFs
The current (not closed) activity in the study flow
Summary
The summary bar shows the summary of the data validation status of the eCRFs. A written summary on the number of eCRFs per status is displayed when hoovering over the summary bar.
eCRF Status | Submission status | Description |
|---|---|---|
Missing | Not submitted | Data completion has not been initiated |
Incomplete/pending | Not submitted | Data completion has been initiated, but form not yet submitted |
Issues | Submitted | Containing missing data and/or outstanding queries |
No issues/clean | Submitted | No missing data or outstanding queries |
Navigation
Select Another Study
To navigate to another study, the user can:
Navigate 'Back to Studies Overview', or
Click on 'Clinical Data' in the header (breadcrumbs)
and select another study.
Access Subject Data
To access subject specific information a user can select the subject which navigates the user to the subject specific study flow.
A user can opt for specific navigation by selecting 1 of the listed action buttons:
Data
Study flow
Signatures
Which allow navigation to the specific section of interest.
The (type of) access of a user to the signature studio depends on the responsibilities defined on the study specific delegation log.
