Introduction

To register a subject, select the Clinical Data module, the study in which the patient is to participate and press the 'Register a Subject' button.

For access to one site only, still need to select or confirm that site? Users that have the rights to register subjects of different sites will then need to select the appropriate institution and press 'Register'.

Once the registration is initiated, a SubjectID will be allocated. Depending on the setup of the study, the registration will collect subject details, other data or perhaps no data at all. If the study has no forms linked to the registration, the registration activity is automatically closed (finalized) immediately once 'Register' was clicked, and the user will be directed to the next activity of that study. If the study has some data collection as part of the registration, then all forms part of it need to be completed and submitted before the registration can be closed.

When no forms linked to registration, the activity is immediately closed and the user is directed to the next activity.

When forms are linked to registration, all forms should be submitted before the activity can be closed + describe duplication test.
