Migration notification

Your mailbox  is currently being migrated to the Microsoft Office 365 cloud. This process runs in the background and doesn't require any action from your part. It takes between 1 and 2 hours to migrate. During the migration you’ll be able to send and receive emails as normal.

At some point you will receive a pop-up in Outlook asking you to restart Outlook. You may also be prompted to enter credentials in Skype (use your john.doe@eortc.org address). This usually means the migration has completed. We will be notified and inform you as well.

If Outlook is unresponsive or you don't seems to receive emails any longer, simply close Outlook and reopen it.

Please read carefully our documentation below.

Attachments

When an email with an attachment arrives, it will be going through additional security checks.
During these checks, you won't be able to open the attachment. It should only take a few seconds for regular files.

Junk mail

Office 365 has a very powerful junk mail filter.

Junk mails are automatically moved in the "Junk Email" folder.

Please check this folder every so often as some mails might be mistagged as junk.

You can use the "Report Message" button to improve the filtering process.
