Authorization to approve and send forms is given on the the 'Delegation of Authority Site Responsibility Log' signature and delegation of responsibilities log of the study. Forms can be approved and sent from the 'complete' tab.

Users entitled to approve and send forms will see the message below. Tick the boxes next to the forms you wish to approve or push the 'Select all button' to select all forms, enter your your password and click the 'approve & send' button.
